It took 2 years for me to save for a bathroom refit so wanted it done just right and hassle free. That is exactly what I got. Everyone was so helpful. Harry was very patient especially when I kept changing the tiles. They made a plan and supplied a builder (Steve) who did a fantastic job.

I can’t speak highly enough of TCD. I’ve called in twice to ask for advice about installing the plumbing in my campervan and both times I was made to feel very welcome, given solutions to the problems I was trying to resolve and patiently talked through how to do the installation. And this was despite spending only a small amount of money both times. As a 50-something woman with very little plumbing knowledge I couldn’t have hoped for a more positive and less patronising experience. When I was there a regular stream of customers came and went, and the TCD guys knew most of them by name and greeted them all warmly, no matter their query. For those of you old enough to remember the TV programme ‘Cheers’, it’s a bit like stepping into that bar, but with olives and sealant rather than beer. It’s a 10/10 from me.

Brilliant store! Steve knows his products and is extremely knowledgeable. He is patient, listens to what you want, quickly understands what you are trying to achieve., and can recommend suitable trades to do your work. The products I bought are high quality and the finished result in my bathroom is first class. Everybody I came into contact with from WC1 from store to delivery was polite, professional, friendly and helpful.

Went to TCD to see if I could replace shower rollers that were broken as original supplier didn't stock. Wow so friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to help. A perfect universal part, explained how it worked and changed each wheel for me as the part came with 3 different wheel sizes. Many thanks.

Having used WCI bathrooms twice for total refits I can say that Steve and all the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service is excellent and the trade counters staff are equally helpful, offering all your plumbing needs with a smile.

Only a small showroom but staff member showed me a catalogue (actual miniature tiles) of precisely the kind of tiles I was after. I investigated online as well - thinking that online companies would work out cheaper - but the cost of delivery when you are tiling a relatively small area add hugely to the cost. So I rang Hastings Tile Center for a quote. They worked out the cheapest! And free local delivery. The service and communication was absolutely excellent from start to finish, and they delivered at a time to suit me and carried the tiles in to the kitchen for me as well. I'm very pleased that I went with a local company. I will use them again when I eventually re-do my bathroom.

They had what I needed there at a fair price and with friendly helpful staff. Will be back.
